Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics

As a Nation, we are fast approaching a scientific crossroad. The road we select will have a significant effect upon our desired standard of living and our economic security. The very fiber of what it means to be an American is at risk. Unless we successfully compete in the global scientific marketplace, we risk losing more ground to other science and technology dominated countries. Ultimately, we will find ourselves caught in a "middle level management" dilemma. This will be characterized by increasing dependence on foreign countries for products and innovations. This reliance will limit our economic and development capacity and we will begin to manage materials. Without the significant activity of innovation we will lose economic power and not sustain the standard of living we desire for ourselves and our children. Education in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics is the answer. SUCCESS Academy has this focus and is helping its students progress toward successful careers in these high tech areas.

SUCCESS Academy is also a member of the National Consortium of High School Science Schools. Our partnership provides resources for our teachers to help inspire students to be successful in the a STEM focus.
